Delivery Australia
Deliveries can be made throughout Australia and Internationally.
Delivery methods include:
- Regular Australia Post
- Express Post
- Air Freight (We choose Australian Air Express)
- Road Freight (We choose XL Express)
- International (We choose Australia Post Airmail)
Delivery International
Deliveries can be made to most countries by International Post.
Deliveries originate from OnlineCentral in Sydney, Australia.
International Freight will be shown at the end of the checkout.
Orders over 20kg will need to be quoted and charged after the
order has been placed. Please note that the delivery charge
is subject to change where the website incorrectly totals the
weight of the order. You will be notified by email in the rare
event that this would occur.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are determined by the weight, delivery method
or dollar value of the order and will be indicated during
the checkout process. Prices include GST for orders placed
within Australia.
Dangerous and Heavy Goods
Aerosols, flammable, heavy and bulky items cannot be sent
by air or post. An indication in the checkout will appear
if your order falls into this category.
Transit Goods Insurance &
Damaged Goods
If you do wish to insure your order against loss or damage
in transit, insurance will cost 1% of the order value and
we are happy to arrange this on your behalf. Insurance will
cost $1 for every $100 value or PART THEREOF. In other words
if your order is for $145.00 the insurance will be $2.00.
We do not automatically insure unless you specify it. If you
don't select insurance you are NOT insured.
Damaged Goods
The same basic principals apply to goods damaged in transit
as goods missing. If you suspect that the parcel has suffered
to the point where the goods inside are damaged - do not open
the parcel. Contact the carrier immediately. If you have insured
the delivery with us then contact us.
